The Italian fashion house continues to establish its digital presence with a new project that brings the world of luxury to NFTs as part of its Gucci Vault.
The 10KTF Gucci Grail program aims to broaden the Gucci Vault experience. Wagmi-san collaborated with Alessandro Michele to develop these ad hoc outfits and accessories for the 10KTF web shop, drawing influence from his designs.
PFPs were clothed by Wagmi-san from 11 different NFT collections, including popular series such as Bored Ape, World of Women, and Cool Cats.
PFPs, or “Picture for Proof,” are NFT versions of profile images that collectors can use as their personal portraits. Two bespoke Gucci styles, available in a variety of hues, were created in collaboration between Wagmi-san and Michele. Both are inspired by the Aria and Love Parade collections, respectively. Given the brand’s previous involvement with NFTs, the transition to bespoke virtual clothes is only logical.
People who already own a PFP and are members of the Gucci Vault Discord community, as well as those who live in Wagmi-New san’s Tokyo, will be able to redeem their crystal ball and choose from a variety of Gucci styles, as well as obtain their customisable digital avatars.
