The Anonymous Group has promised to examine reports that the Bored Apes NFT collection has Nazi symbology in a leaked video on Twitter.
The BAYC founders have disputed the charges publicly.
Anonymous stated that BAYC collections have been accused of various horrible offenses, including racism, sexism, occultism, and even pedophilia, and that it wants to examine these claims. The hacktivist organization claimed that it would occasionally share its results.
The hacktivist gang stated that the film is a message of friendship to the Bored Ape Community.
Ryder Ripps initiated allegations that Yuga Labs and Bored Apes Yacht Club Collection have Nazi symbology.
Ripps has persisted with his assertions, and Yuga Labs is suing for false charges, despite the collection’s founders having issued several denials of any connection to Nazism and other alleged themes.
Meanwhile, some community members have questioned whether or not this is the authentic Anonymous organization, while others believe Ripps and his team produced the film.
An Anonymous-verified Facebook page commented on August 9, before the video’s distribution on Twitter, urging @nxg4n to “keep up the excellent job.” Also named in the now-deleted tweet were Ryder Ripps and Pauly Cohen.
A review of nxg4n’s tweets revealed that it only tweets about Yuga Labs’ conspiracy theories. Nobody knows who is responsible for the account.
